I’m Brian Murphy, founder of Murph Consulting. We combine IT expertise with human-to-human support to help our clients get back to work quickly and confidently.
Before launching my firm in 2007, I spent a decade learning how I didn’t want to run an IT business: I watched clients get condescended to, saw customer service tickets go unanswered and met countless office workers who dreaded calling their Helpdesks. The world of IT is filled with people who get the tech but don’t care about the support.
That’s what makes Murph Consulting different. Our IT staff are pros at what they do, but also take the time to communicate and listen. (We identify as tech nerds, but pride ourselves on being able to hold normal conversations!) We work hard to maintain trusting and open relationships with our 500+ clients, whether we’re installing new software or troubleshooting a Zoom call gone haywire.
Murph Consulting is not industry-specific. Our clientele includes:
