I started working in IT in 1999 and learned early on that a successful IT consultant not only needs to be technically savvy but also needs to be able to communicate and listen.

When I started Murph Consulting in 2007 my goal was to stop the patronizing approach that occurs far too often between most IT firms and their clients. Running a business is hard enough – the last thing you should have to worry about is your IT support.
