When it’s time for a new computer, we can help you figure out what to get. Based on your budget and need, we’ll do the research and then either send you a link to make the purchase or make the purchase for you. Factors we consider in helping source a new computer for you are:

Computer Purchasing
If we’re making the purchase for you, sit back and relax! We’ll do all the work for you. No need to go to the store and talk to a salesperson or sift through pages and pages of online retailers. We know the specifications that you need and will be sure to order exactly what you want.
Once ordered, we’ll have it shipped directly to you. Just let us know when it arrives and we’ll stop by to set it up.
New Computer Set Up
Setup of a new PC typically takes a few hours. We need to install the Microsoft security updates and other software – including Microsoft Office, Trend anti-virus, Datto RMM for remote support, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and whatever other software you use at your company. We’ll then transfer the data from the old computer and set up whatever else you need: Outlook for email, printers, backups, and anything else that’s required.
Computer Maintenance
Mac Maintenance / PC Maintenance
After you’ve been using a new computer for 4-6 months, it will get rolled into our normal maintenance schedule. Each of our maintenance clients gets comprehensive service which often includes:
- Weekly Deep Virus Scans
- Dual backups, just in case (Local Backup and Cloud Backup)
- Operating System Updates
